GERMAN GIL SENDA, through the Prevention of Occupational Risks as an integral part of its management model, integrating in its system the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2008 standard, has managed to control the processes and determine the Prevention strategic objectives, achieving in the last 7 years the 0% of absenteeism, and we continue to mark our commitment to promote, develop, implement and maintain best practices in the area of Health and Safety Occupational in order to remain one of the companies with the least number of incidents in our sector at national level.

ENVIORENMENT

The environmental policy of GERMÁN GIL SENDA reaches beyond the fulfillment of the legal requirements, commitments and necessary permits for the development of the activities. It is a fundamental part of management and strategy of the company, integrating impact assessment as a work tool, both in design and in management strategies.

The search in the development of the projects of standards of respect to the environment, has led us to implement changes in the designs to improve the energy rating of the projects developed for our clients.

GERMÁN GIL SENDA, as it could not be otherwise, integrates within its Management System the environmental regulations according to the new ISO 14001: 2015 standard, which allows us to ensure its compliance, and to perform a correct environmental management of our activities in order to avoid, minimize and control their environmental impact.
